Position 1: Physics-Informed Machine Learning for Manufacturing Dynamics
- Manufacturing processes (machining or additive manufacturing)
- Physics-based process modeling (e.g., FEA, CFD)
- Machine learning tools (e.g., PyTorch, Tensorflow)
- Physics-informed neural network (desired but not mandatory)
- Programing (e.g., Python)
Position 2: Digital Twins for Manufacturing Processes
- Manufacturing processes (machining or additive manufacturing)
- Process modeling (e.g., CFD, FEM, or machine learning)
- Process monitoring and control
- Process dynamics (e.g., vibration)
- Programing (e.g., Python)
Position 3: AI-Driven Materials Discovery through Additive Manufacturing
- Additive manufacturing
- Solidification and microstructure modeling (e.g., Phase Field, DFT/CALPHAD, etc.)
- Machine learning
- Database and programing (e.g., Python)
Position 4: Process Monitoring and Analytics for Metal Additive Manufacturing
- Additive manufacturing processes
- Process monitoring techniques (IR, AE, Pyrometry, etc.)
- Data analytics including AI/ML
- Programing (e.g., Python)
